The Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) has officially announced the reopening schedule for its online licensing portal, following the implementation of the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK) on December 24, 2024.

Key Dates for the CGA Online Portal Reopening

February 2025 – New and updated application forms to be released.
Mid-March 2025 – Online portal reopens for B2C applications.
May/June 2025 – B2B applications open, pending accreditation of testing labs.

Why Was the Portal Temporarily Closed?

The temporary closure allowed CGA to transition from the previous legislation (NOOGH) to the new LOK framework. This update includes revised requirements and documentation, such as the Personal History Disclosure Form (PHDF), online gaming application form, and corporate business information forms.
